📦Returns:

30-Day Happiness Guarantee: Changed your mind? No problem! Return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Exclusions: Personalised/custom-made products can’t be returned, but we’ll always double-check this with you before processing!

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Funds will go back to your original payment method.

🔄Exchanges:

Swap it, don’t stop it! Changed your mind, or just fancy something new? Start a return as above and let us know what you’d prefer instead. If your new pick costs more, we’ll invoice the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund you the gap!

Hot tip: Exchanges are fastest if the item is in stock – we’ll keep you updated.

⏰Order Cancellations:

24-Hour “Oops!” Window: Changed your mind right after ordering? Email us within 24 hours of purchase at info@moshimoshiuk.com, and we’ll cancel your order free of charge. After 24 hours, your order may already be processing, but you can still return it once it arrives!

💌 Friendly Reminders

• Return shipping: Free for faulty/damaged items (we’ll cover the label!). For other returns, you’ll cover postage unless we’ve made a mistake.

• Got a damaged item? Send us a photo ASAP – we’ll replace it or refund you, no quibbles!
